Reportage Republik is a group of photographers working internationally who believe in photography’s importance of preserving culture and history, as well its ability to engage in the dialogue of social injustices that exist worldwide.
Reportage Republik’s members are committed to engaging in this dialogue by producing bodies of photographic work with a unique and subjective approach to story telling, which is compassionate and empathetic, as well as striking and compelling.
The vision of Reportage Republik’s members is to individually produce but collectively share bodies of work that when combined hope to strengthen and preserve the role of documentary and fine art photography in the global social consciousness. RR members support each other’s long-term commitments to documentary and fine art projects, and work together to fill in the gaps that mainstream media outlets sometimes ignore.
Current RR members are located in Canada but available worldwide.
